Veteran Nollywood actor, John Okafor, popularly known as Mr Ibu, and his wife, Stellamaris, have reconciled after a messy social media drama involving his adopted daughter.
Apparently spurred on by a report by a controversial blogger that the actor was dating Jasmine, Stellamaris reached out to another Instagram blog about her struggles in her marriage.
She refered to an apparent ploy by Jasmine to sell her husband’s property worth over N65 million.
According to Stella, she has been suffering in her marriage as her husband abandoned her and their children since last year to stay with Jasmine, who is using him for financial gain.
She noted that apart from managing all Mr Ibu’s social media accounts, the duo is also in a romantic relationship.
She noted that Jasmine was responsible for his upkeep while he was in the hospital last year and also paid the hospital bills.
Mr Ibu’s wife added that their children are currently out of school because of money as Jasmine, who is in charge of the actor’s bank accounts has refused to authorize the paying of their school fees.
On his part, during an interview with Daddy Freeze, Mr Ibu refuted the claims of having a romantic relationship with Jasmine saying she is his adopted daughter who doubles as his manager.
In videos currently trending, the couple was seen wearing matching outfits as Stella revealed she has adopted Jasmine who would also be the manager of her husband.
