Pero’s father, Prince Jide Adeniyi has confirmed “my daughter officially married Popular Nigerian singer, Tuface many years ago.”
He said this in a video interview hosted by Asabe Africa TV in 2019. During the interview, Prince Adeniyi added that Pero actually has 4 children because she had one before getting married to Tuface.
Pero’s father said that she dated Tuface for many years before he came to him to seek her hand in marriage. He inquired about his level of seriousness and he confirmed he loved her deeply.
He then enquired from his daughter if she really loved him enough to be his wife and she on her part, confirmed she did. Adeniyi thereafter gave them his blessings and they got married soon after.
A renowned businessman, Lagos socialite and politician, who lives in the upper middle class neighbourhood of Anthony Village, Lagos, Pero’s father is the Founder/CEO of Poatson Pleasure Ride, West Africa’s formats transport company in the 1980s.
The 83-year-old father said he hardly gets to see Tuface and it does not bother him as he understand that he is a very hardworking and busy businessman.
He added that his daughter is also very enterprising and very busy. Pero’s father said that Tuface married another woman (Annie) after his daughter .
