A video trending online shows a commercial bus conductor calling passengers and assuring them they could pay their fares with a Point of Sale (PoS) machine.
He was spotted waving with handheld machine at potential passengers while screaming his destination.
In the viral video shared on Monday, the conductor was calling in passengers into his bus saying, “Ketu, Ojota, Mile12, PoS.”
This is happening as the naira scarcity lingers in the country. Much of the naira notes are said to be hoarded by the few who have them.
Unconfirmed reports say people who have the cash sell them to the very rich for obvious reasons.
