A new video has emerged showing the moment Amb Bianca Ojukwu slapped Former Anambra First Lady, Ebele Obiano.
The incident took place in March 2022, during the inauguration ceremony of the governor of Anambra State, Chukwuma Soludo.
The video revealed Mrs Obiano sauntering to where Mrs Ojukwu sat to ask her why she showed up at the ceremony when she vowed not to.
Obiano then poked Ojukwu on the head and shoulder twice making the later to stand up to hit her on the face.
Both women have since issued separate statements.
According to Bianca Ojukwu, she was seated watching proceedings when Mrs Obiano walked up to her and began poking her. She noticed that the outgoing Governor’s wife reeked of alcohol, so she got up and slapped her.
Mrs Obiano, on her part, claimed she just went over to greet Mrs Ojukwu and Mrs Ojukwu responded to her greeting by slapping her without provocation.
However, the video that emerged today, showed what really happened and corroborated Mrs Ojukwu’s story.
Ebele Obiano has since picked and ‘Expression of Interest Form’ for a senatorial seat in Anambra State.
