There have been reports that the former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani Kayode is about to take a new wife.
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) stalwart however, debunked the news of marrying Miss Halima Yusuf as mere rumours.
He had, a few hours ago, posted pictures of himself and the very pretty Halima. The development swirled the reports especially after news broke that he had parted ways with his 4th wife and mother of 4 sons, Precious Chiwendu.
Clarifying his relationship with Halima Yusuf, Fani-Kayode said the news about him taking her as his new wife is fake as she is simply a friend and confidante.
“There have been wild speculations in the social media that I am planning to get married again. This is false.
“Miss Halima Yusuf, who has been cited as my fiancee, is simply a dear friend and confidante who I have the utmost respect for and who I hold in high esteem.
“She, together with others, has been a source of immense comfort for me and mine at this time and for this I am eternally grateful to her.
“I appeal to all those peddling the falsehood that we are about to get married to please desist from doing so.”
