A newborn baby has been rescued from a street in Minna, the Niger State capital.
A local journalist, Sadiq Lanre Ishaq, who disclosed this on Facebook said the baby was discovered at Shanu, in Gidan Kuka area of Minna on Thursday morning August 1.
The child was delicately wrapped up while his birth water was not properly cleaned up at the time he/she was found and rescued.
There is so far, no news about the mother’s whereabouts.
