"Nigeria Will Do Anything to Get Ventilators," President Trump

Nigeria will do anything to get ventilators according to President Donald Trump.

The American President said this in an interview monitored on News Now on Tuesday while answering questions on the surplus ventilators sent to Florida.

At the meeting with Florida’s Governor Ron Desantis, he said that that Florida was in need of ventilators and so thousands were sent to them. Now the state has surplus so he will be sending to countries like Italy, France, Spain and Nigeria.

According to him, “I spoke today (Tuesday) to Nigeria, they’ll do anything for ventilators, we going to send at least 200 ventilators to Nigeria, probably more than that.”

Recall that President @MBuhari had a telephone call on Tuesday from @realDonaldTrump where Trump promised to send ventilators across to help the country fight the coronavirus disease.

While giving an update on the phone call at the Presidential Task Force briefing on Tuesday, Nigeria’s Information Minister said that “United States stands in solidarity with Nigeria in this difficult time and promised to send ventilators to support the country in its fight against the panic.

Speaking on the reason America he is giving away the ventilators, President Trump said precisely that Florida’s Governor “Ron said one thing that was interesting. He talked about ventilators and that ventilators were going to be a disaster in Florida and not enough and we sent them thousands of ventilators.

“But in the in the meantime, you have thousands of ventilators that aren’t used and we will be able to send them probably to other countries.
