Nigerians React As Wike’s Son Graduates from UK University

Nigerians across board have reacted to the news of the son of Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike graduating from a UK University.

he Governor, on Monday shared photos of his son, Jordan Nyesom-Wike as he graduates from the University of Exeter, in the United Kingdom.

Jordan graduated with a Second Class Honours, Upper Division in Law.

Reacting to the photos, many watchers criticised the Rivers state governor and leaders who send their children overseas to study while the children of the poor and average Nigerian languish at home due to the incessant and protracted ASUU strikes.

They also lamented the deplorable state of country’s education system, adding that if it was good enough, the leaders would not be sending their children abroad to study.

Photos shared showed dignitaries such as the Governor of Oyo State, Seyi Makinde, Abia State Governor, Okezie Ikpeazu, Wike’s wife, Justice Eberechi Nyesom-Wike and his daughter, Jasmine Nyesom-Wike at the graduation of Jordan.
