Dr. Law Mefor, a media consultant, has revealed that Peter Obi may have enough evidence prevail in court against Tinubu saying that the ruling party should not under-rate him.
Dr Mefor urged the ruling party to be terrified of Obi’s facts and results, as they have the ability to make him come first.
He suggested that Peter Obi’s assertions should not be taken lightly, and that his evidence may work in his advantage in court, despite coming in third in the race.
“None of them should be taken for granted, Peter Obi’s evidence and results might favour him in court, you can never tell, despite he came third in the election, his evidence might prove otherwise”.
Mefor added that the APC cannot afford to discount the evidence or the findings of any of the opposing parties.
He noted that the kind of proof that Peter Obi has against the APC is unknown, and thus, the ruling party should not assume anything.
