Delta State Pensioners have called out the Delta State Governor and 2023 People Democratic Party vice presidential candidate, Ifeanyi Okowa.

The pensioners blocked the entrance of Government House, Asaba on Tuesday, over the nonpayment of arrears of pensions owed them for years.

A large crowd of the pensioners marched along the road leading to the Government House, Asaba, chanting songs of sorrow for the governor’s failure to pay their gratuities but rather, spend the money on frivolities.
