Veteran actors and celebrity couple, Joke Silva and Olu Jacobs, were spotted at Ikoyi Club in Lagos State amid death rumours.
On Sunday, several news platforms posted that the actor had passed away.
A few minutes after the news made rounds, close friends, associates, Actors Guild of Nigeria and the Joke Silva debunked news
A young man was also seen giving a haircut just before they set out fo the club.
In a new video, the couple were seen with their loved ones having a time together at the Ikoyi Club.
A 13-second video that the family posted on Sunday showed Olu Jacobs and his wife having a great day, totally unaffected by the death rumour.
Recall that a few hours after the death rumor of Olu Jacobs went viral, Nigerian journalist Betty Irabor took to her social media on Sunday to debunk the news.
“Olu Jacob is alive and healthy. Please disregard any rumors that he has passed away. Please accept him as alive,” she wrote.
