The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi II today welcomed his new born prince and his queen to the palace of Ile Oodua.
Olori Naomi Silekunola arrived in graceful royal dance steps to present Prince Tadenikowo Adesoji Aderemi Eri-Ifeoluwasimi to the Ooni.
The joyful monarch equally joined his family and palace chiefs in dance to have a feel of the young royal.
The royal father’s first gift to the baby, a beaded bracelet appears very welcome as the new born willingly flipped his right palm open and stretched it out.
His gesture made it easy for Daddy to conveniently slide in the bracelet to the admiration of everyone present.
In his statement on receiving the new member of his family, the Ooni said that:
“Today, I welcomed our prince Tadenikowo Adesoji Aderemi Eri-Ifeoluwasimi and the mother to the palace of Ile Oodua.
As with every parent, the respected monarch said a heartfelt prayer for his son and wished that God makes him the best.
“The almighty will exalt him and divinely make him the best.“
