In the very early hours of yesterday, the 30th of July, the presidential flag bearer of Labour Party (LP), Mr Peter Obi, was welcomed into Pastor Paul Enenche’s Glory Dome in Abuja by a mammoth crowd.
Shortly after the Church’s service, photos showing the moment Peter Obi knelt down in the church went viral.
Hours after the viral photos stirred reactions on social media, Peter Obi broke silence to reveal his hope and prayer for Nigeria.
Peter Obi took to his Facebook page to say: “I spent an uplifting and exhilarating 8 hours of fellowship amongst fellow Nigerians at the Dunamis International Gospel Centre on the occasion of their 2022 Mid Year Praise and Worship with Pastor Paul Enenche, his family and other dignitaries.”
The former Governor of Anambra State added that: “I used that auspicious occasion to thank God.”
He added that, “I told God we have no other nation but Nigeria. So, he should please deliver and save us.”
Obi rounded up by saying that Nigeria is a country whose light must not go down.
