Just like the incident that occurred at the Armed Forces Remembrance Day in Abuja yesterday, Imo State Pigeons also refuse to fly, fall like stones.
State Governor Hope Uzodinma opened the cage for them to fly out to the sky but the pigeons huddled closely together.
The governor then shoved them around to encourage them to escape but they remained adamant.
The baffled governor then went ahead to pick them out one after the other but each of them clamped their wings tightly and dropped to the ground like stones.
A number of Nigerians are worried that the symbol of peace and hope is sending a message to the authorities.
