Nigeria’s celebrity police officer, Dolapo Badmus celebrates her 18 years in the police force yesterday.
Badmus joined the force on the 15th of August 2002 and has risen to the position of Superintendent of police. She is currently the Police Public Relations Officer (PRO) for Lagos and Ogun States.
In an instagram post today on her handle, Police Officer Badmus swore her allegiance afresh to her fatherland in the years to come. She promised to do much more than she has done in her 18 years of service to protect Nigeria and its people, uphold its sovereignty and ensure peace and justice within its territory.

“It’s been 18 years of rigorous service to the people of Nigeria 🇳🇬. On the 15th day of August 2002, I sworn and signed an oath to protect Nigeria and its people, to uphold its sovereignty and ensure peace and justice reigns within its territory especially within my Area Of Responsibility……
“This I’ve strived to do in the last six thousand, five hundred and seventy days (18 years) !!!! It’s not yet Uhuru but I promise to do much more within my power in years to come!!! So Help Me God! Congratulations to me….and cheers to years to come!!!!GOD BLESS NIGERIA 🔫🇳🇬👮”
Dolapo Badmus turned 42 on the 4th of August with an amazing kind of celebration. The #COVID19 pandemic not withstanding, the occasion had the glamour of an amazing personality.
