A video has emerged showing police officers engaging in an exchange of blows in full public glare.
A video of the fight showed an officer being restrained from attacking another officer who appears to be in plain cloth.
It is not known what caused the fight between the officers. But, the issue was later resolved by another police officer before they left the scene.
