The Nigeria Police Force, Lagos State Command, announced on Thursday that it rescued 9 teenagers from an initiation into cultism.
The development was made known on social media by the Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin.
Hundeyin, who shared a photo of the young boys, said they were all rescued in the Mushin area of the state.
While he did not give further details about the rescue, he said, “Investigation is ongoing” about the matter.”
