President Buhari’s Daughter Comes out of Isolation

President Muhammadu Buhari’s daughter who returned from her base in the UK has now come out of self isolation.

First Lady Aisha Buhari had announced 2 weeks ago that one of her daughters returned from the disease ravaged UK and undertook the recommended 2-week isolation.

Mrs Buhari announced on her twitter handle 2 weeks ago that President Buhari’s Daughter had taken Self Quarantine.

Even if her daughter was not confirmed to have contracted the disease, she took the measure on precautionary basis to curb any spread of covid-19.

The First Lady therefore expressed gratitude to God that the young lady is finally reunited with the family. She wished those suffering from the disease speedy recovery and prayed God to end the pandemic.

Her tweet:
“It is a thing of joy & gratitude to Almighty God to reunite with my daughter after she had been in isolation for 14 days immediately she landed in Nigeria. While I’m wishing all those infected for a speedy recovery, I pray for the end of this pandemic.” . #AbujaScaleUp

A lot of Nigerians fled European countries in the wake of the pandemic the has affected 1,026,715 and killed 54,045 victims.

Out of that number, UK has as of this morning, 33,718 infections, 2,921 deaths, 163 critically ill patients and a mere 135 fully recovered victims.

UK has also evacuated its citizens from Nigeria.
