Prince Charles recovers from coronavirus disease and speaks for the 1st time this afternoon, 1st April since he took it.

He praised the NHS workers’ professionalism and devotion who “helped me through a strange and distressing time.”

The Prince of Wales came out of isolation on Monday after suffering what he clarifies as “luckily mild symptoms”

He said in a 3-minute address that even if he has fully recovered, he will continue to observe the mandatory social distancing. His 72-year old wife, Camilla is also in self till the end of the week. This is in spite of the fact that she shows no positive symptoms.

As Prince Charles recovers from the novel ailment that has defied social status, he sends a message to those whose loved ones are suffering or those who lost family members:

“At such an unprecedented and anxious time in our lives, my wife and I are thinking particularly all those who have lost their loved ones in such difficult and abnormal circumstances, and of all those having to endure sickness, isolation and loneliness.

By Wednesday afternoon, total deaths as a result of covid-19 had hit 1,789, a 27% jump.

However, Reuters reports that 93 year old Queen Elizabeth and her 98-year old husband, Prince Phillip are hale and hearty and in their palace at Windsor Castle, Buckingham Palace.

Britain is currently observing a complete lock down except for emergencies and those need supplies like food and medicine.

Nonetheless, a Vicar in the Church of England took to the streets of London to lead worship through loud speakers.

This obviously raised people’s spirit as they came out to their front doors to hand their lives over their maker.
