The ex-wife of the Ooni of Ife, Queen Naomi has issued a statement to women on the 2022 International Women’s Day.
This is her first post since the 23rd of December when she announced her exit from the marriage to the 1st class monarch, Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Ogunwusi.
Naomi shocked the world when she posted on her Instagram page that she could no longer continue in the union as she had endured so much, but “I smiled through the struggle, but I have finally realised I had just one assignment, my son, and when God is done, He is done.”
After the December announcement, the gorgeous Olori has not been active on her social media platforms, especially the instagram from where she kept her fans updated about her life in the palace as wells as her social and religious activities.
Addressing the women on the occasion of the 2022 International Women’s Day, she stated that she was speaking as a Minister of GOD who hears from GOD, and whom GOD speaks to.
She stated that womanhood is a process that evolves from the day the female gender is born up to the stage of resilience.
Naomi urged women to look beyond their weaknesses and whatever limits them as women. She then advised them look past how the society perceives them.
The former Olori said that womanhood is a stage that should be “enjoyed not endured”.
The queen referred to herself as “Queen/Prophetess” in the new video.
The title does not come as a surprise as she told her fans and followers when she announced her separation from the Ooni that she will remain the “Queen of the people” but not the Queen of Ife.
Prior to her marriage to the revered monarch, Naomi was a versatile evangelist and prophetess, an activity she maintained even in her marriage. It is obvious she has since returned fully to her spiritual calling.
She had promised in her December 23, 2021 post, to expatiate on her reasons for leaving the palace but no details have been released yet.
