The Queen of England, Queen Elizabeth II has reacted to the accusations of racism in the royal family.

This is a fall out of the interview Prince Harry and wife, Meghan Markle had with Oprah Winfrey over the weekend.

Buckingham Palace released a statement saying the racist concerns raised are “concerning” and “will be discussed.”

The couple’s explosive interview has raised global outrage on the the deep racist behaviour that apparently exists in the British royal family.

The statement quotes the Queen as saying that “The whole family is saddened to learn the full extent of how challenging the last few years have been for Harry and Meghan.

“The issue raised, particularly that of race are concerning. Whilst some recollections may vary, they are taken very seriously and will be addressed by the family privately.

“Harry, Meghan and Archie will always be much loved by family members.”

Meghan described how she was close to suicide and was worried about disclosing it to her husband, Prince Harry considering how much sacrifice he made just to be with her.

Meanwhile, one of her critics, Piers Morgan, yesterday, stormed out of a live Good Morning Britain Show after his colleague, Alex Beres called him out on his racist behaviour towards Meghan.

Morgan, however, insists he stands by his views:

Piers Morgan@piersmorgan· “On Monday, I said I didn’t believe Meghan Markle in her Oprah interview. I’ve had time to reflect on this opinion, and I still don’t. If you did, OK. Freedom of speech is a hill I’m happy to die on. Thanks for all the love, and hate. I’m off to spend more time with my opinions.”
