Rahama Sadau, the female Kannywood actress who posted a daring bare-back dress from a photoshoot is in real big trouble now.
There are indications that she will be arrested and arranged in a Sharia Court in Kaduna.
Her dress for the photoshoot is considered blasphemy against the Holy Prophet Mohammed especially as she bared her entire backside from the shoulders to her waistline.
A letter by Mal. Lawal Moh’d Gusau states that Rahama’s “lawyer(s) must be Muslim by faith. This is predicated on the fact that only a Muslim lawyer can understand the proceedings of a Shariah Court.
“It is a matter relating to the Hadiths of the Prophet and the glorious Holy Qu’ran and not a matter relating to the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
“The Police should only observe their constitutional role of conveying her to Islamic Shariah Court after conducting discrete investigation of the case in issue.”
Gusau also thanked the Arewa youth for their cooperation patience and understanding so far.
Nigerian’s both Muslim and Christian have condemned the action taken against the actress especially after comparing her offence with those of daughters of affluent Nigerians.
Human rights activist, Aisha Yesufu, herself, a Muslim did not mince words in her opinion about the entire development.
According to Yesufu, Rahama Sadau has not been fairly treated:

This is more so as other Muslim nations like the UAE are growing beyond that level.
