Reactions Trail Suspension of MC Oluomo as NURTW Boss

Reactions have continued to trail the indefinite suspension of the Lagos State Chairman of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), Musiliu Akinsanya popularly known as MC Oluomo.

Oluomo is alleged to have been suspended for insubordination and inciting violence.

The letter of suspension which was signed by the union’s secretary, Kabiru Yau, NURTW ordered MC Oluomo to hand over all union properties in his care to the state secretary and hand over the leadership to his deputy.

The NURTW added in the letter of suspension added that MC Olumo’s response to a query jissued to him last week was not satisfactory.
