Late SuperTV boss, Usifo Ataga has finally been laid to rest.
His remans were interred at the Ebony Vaults, Ikoyi, Lagos at about 12:30 pm, Friday, 30th of July, 2021.
The low-key interment had in attendance, very close family members and friends including his mother, wives and friends.
A 21-year old University of Lagos student confessed to have murdered him but later recanted saying she was away when he was killed.
They had both checked into a short-let apartment and according to the young lady, Chidinma Ojukwu, they were both under the influence of alcohol and date drugs when she killed him in a feat of rage.
Ataga’s mother, in her tribute, lamented that he did not deserve to die considering how kind and generous to everyone that came his way.
The wife, Brenda, had planned a surprise for his birthday and the launching of his new business.
Ataga was murdered a few days to his 50th birthday.
