American international award winning singer and businesswoman, Rihanna has revealed that she is Nigerian.
The Barbadian singer, fashion designer and actress who was recently pronounced a billionaire said she is Igbo by tribe.

She said her mother disclosed her real origin to her when she told her she is primarily Igbo.
According to the billionaire star, “My mom told me that I am originally an Igbo woman. Igbo is a tribe in Africa.”
The star Igbo woman has also joined the prestigious Forbes ranking to become the richest musician in the world with an estimated fortune of $1.7 billion
She ranks just behind Oprah Winfrey in terms of net worth but still remains the richest singer.
