Rotimi Amaechi is the ‘man that saw tomorrow” many years ago in 2013.

He predicted that the impunity of the ruling class will sooner or later backfire.

For him, the ruling class is worried about a looming revolution by the poor. The is because, the recklessness of the powerful will cause the people to “rise up and come after us.”

Amaechi pointed out that the protests by a handful of Nigerians at that time was child’s play compared to what will happen if the the “poor rise up and come after us.”

For him, the protests at the time he was governor was that of the children of the rich who just “come out to enjoy themselves but run away once they see the police.”

Rotimi Amaechi knew back then as Governor of Rivers State that his colleagues were “worried about the way the country is going.”

Amaechi was not sure if there “could be a revolution by the poor” which would be the real deal.

According to him, he and a handful of friends needed to save the rich from themselves.

The ‘Man that saw tomorrow’ likened the looming threat to what what happened in Tunisia.

He recalled that “it took the burning of one person” to get Tunisia to where it is now.

A video, earlier in the week emerged of unarmed angry protesters confronting gun-toting soldiers just like Amaechi predicted.

The Youth were not deterred even when the soldiers cocked their guns in front of them:

Earlier today, the governor of Akwa Ibom State fled for his life when his convoy was accosted by #EndSARS protesters.

He jumped out of his car, mounted an Okada and fled with his secure operatives running after him on foot.

Ex Senator Dino Melaye also warned his colleagues about a looming revolution during plenary:
