A video making the rounds on social media has shown the moment a stunt double of former BBNaija housemate and Nollywood actor, Tobi Bakre fell from the third mainland bridge into the Lagos Lagoon.
The rare behind-the-scenes footage was shared by Nigerian stuntman, Director Tough on his Instagram page.
In the video, Director Tough who is Bakre’s stunt double in Jade Osiberu’s film, Brotherhood fell into the third mainland bridge while shooting a movie scene.
From all indications, Bakre’s character required him to jump off the third mainland bridge and into the lagoon in a bid to make the scene believable.
The acto was required to undergo some exercise routines, had his hair shaved and also got an identical tattoo on his arm to make him look exactly like Tobi’s character.
All done, he changed into his costume to play out the scene which required him to jump into the lagoon while members of the crew on standby looked on.
Upon landing in the lagoon, the stuntman attempted to swim to shore before he was pulled into a boat.
Sharing the video with his followers, Tough admitted that it was indeed a scary moment for him but he had fun.
