Nigeria’s singer, Olalekan Fadeyi better known by his stage name, Azadus has recovered from covid19.
In several messages today, he gives glory to God for his recovery. He also sounded notes of warning to those who still doubt the existence of the killer disease.
He advises everyone to strictly observe the recommended hygiene practices. For good measure, he offered to counsel anyone in doubt about the existence of COVID19.
In Azadus words this morning:
“My survivor story with COVID19:
Glory be to God, I just got discharged of covid19.
Half bread is better than puff-puff.
That Garri in your house is better than the good meals you won’t be able to eat at the hospital
My advise, if you must go out, see everyone as that covid19 itself and wash your hands for 40 secs at least.
Meanwhile, if you insist that covid19 is not in Nigeria or Africa, haaaaaaaaaa well, don’t be shy to ask me questions.
Please kindly say a word of prayer for @lagosstategovt Under the our super caring Governor @jidesanwoolu God bless”
Azadus recovers from covid19 and counts as one of the lucky ones to survive the dreaded respiratory disease.
Nigeria currently has 17,735 confirmed cases of covid19 with 469 deaths since the breakout of the disease. 11,299 are still active.
Treatment centres in Lagos, the epicentre of the disease in the country are full to capacity to the extent that government now recommends home treatment for new cases.
