Chinedu Okoli, popularly known as Flavour, recently explained why he is not married despite being a father of 3 daughters from 2 baby mamas, and one adopted son.

In an interview with Bounce, the “Nwa Baby (Ashawo Remix)” hitmaker opened up about his personal life and the reasons behind his decision to remain single.

According to him, his lifestyle and current mindset are not conducive for marriage.

“I enjoy casual relationships in hotels more than the idea of marriage,” he admitted.

He emphasized the importance of mental and emotional readiness before entering a committed relationship, saying, “You have to be content with yourself first. I’m not in the right mental state to accommodate a wife at the moment.

He continued, “If I were to seek a wife now, I would likely fail and disappoint her. My personality isn’t fair to women, and I don’t want to treat anyone badly. That’s why I choose to stay single. The worst thing you can do is mistreat a woman, and I avoid that by not committing to a marriage.”

Reflecting on his choices, Flavour noted, “I admire beautiful marriages, but I prefer the freedom and lifestyle that comes with staying in hotels. The Ashawo in me is on another level.”

Recently, Flavour buried his father in Anambra State, with his children and one of his baby mamas, Sandra Okagbue, in attendance. Despite rumors of a secret marriage with Sandra Okagbue, Flavour has not confirmed any such union.
