A mentally challenged Nigerian man has been found wandering on the streets of Dallas, USA.

Identified as Bamidele Ismail. He was found in the City Limits Apartments in Carrollton, Dallas.

He had on him, an American green card and a Nigerian passport.

Other Nigerian citizens who pulled up beside him attempted to confirm which part of Nigeria he is from and he said, Lagos.

Chatting him up was somewhat difficult as he was incoherent.
