A group of persons suspected to be kidnappers were on Tuesday, arrested by the Oyo State Police Command.
Reports say the suspects were arrested at the Oni Garri Axis of the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.
Initial investigations traced their origins to Niger, Kano and Sokoto States.
They are said to have been apprehended with various dangerous weapons including locally made firearms, machetes, knives etc.
They have been paraded, after which they were taken for further investigations and possible prosecution.
