A suspected yahoo boy has been thoroughly beaten by the public after he allegedly killed his girlfriend for money rituals and buried her in his room in Bayelsa State.
The incident happened after the body of the young lady identified simply as Kate was found buried in the his room at Okaka area of Yenagoa, Bayelsa State on Friday morning, July 29.
Reports say that the deceased had been missing for days and the boyfriend identified as Joseph denied knowledge of her whereabouts.
The family of the lady confronted the boy on Friday morning and demanded he provide her dead or alive.
After much pressure, he admitted that he killed her and buried the body in a shallow grave dug in his bedroom.
Ezon Prezugha: “Be careful ladies, At Okaka Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, a Guy kills his girlfriend and buried her in a shallow grave in his leaving room.
“All in the name of I want to make money.“
The suspect was beaten by the community and later handed over to the police from Ekeki police station.
