A graphic image have surfaced about the Taliban allegedly killing a woman in Afghanistan for not wearing burqa in public.

The picture of the gruesome execution was published by Fox News on Wednesday, August 18th. It shows the woman being pinned down on the ground with the soldiers on her while another image showed her lying in a pool of her blood as several people surrounded her.

Reports say she stepped out on the streets of Taloqan, Takhar province without proper covering with the burqa.

Other images show heavily armed soldiers parading the streets both on foot, in groups and in trucks bearing their signature flags, sometimes shooting randomly.

There are unconfirmed reports that death squads are tracking down activists and government workers as well as those who worked with western interests especially during the fall of the Taliban after 9/11.

The terrifying development comes in spite of the Taliban organisation promising amnesty with no plans for reprisal attacks against those who were against them, particularly those who fought with the US Army.

The spokesperson, Zabilhullah Mujahid also said that the rights of Afghan women will be protected “within the rules of Sharia Law.”

Sadly, a former State Department contractor told Fox News that Afghan fighters have been beating civilians trying to flee the country through the airports.

According to him;

“There was kids, women, babies, old women, they could barely walk. They (are in a ) very, very bad situation, I’m telling you.

“At the end, I was thinking that there was 10,000 or more than 10,000 people, and they’re running into the airport… The Taliban (were) beating people and the people were jumping from fence, the concertina wire and also the wall.”
