There was tension on Saturday as unknown gunmen attacked and disrupted a meeting convened by members of Labour party in a village in Enugu state.
The gunmen stormed the venue of the meeting suddenly and sent members who had gathered scampering to safety.
They shot sporadically into the air as they scattered the canopies and chairs put in place.
No fatality or injury was reported as at the time of this report.
