The presidency has replied Nigerians who continue to criticize President Bola Tinubu for traveling to the UK and now to France for his annual leave.
On Friday, October 12, the Senior Special Assistant to the President on political and other matters, Ibrahim Masari, revealed that the President Tinubu left the United Kingdom, where he had gone for a two-week vacation, for Paris, France.
The President was heavily criticised for travelling outside the shores of Nigeria to spend his leave.
Responding to the public backlash, Special on Information and Strategy to the president, Bayo Onanuga wrote on his X handle that; ‘’President Tinubu is on leave for two weeks. He is not restricted to the UK.
“It is his private time. He can go to anywhere he so desires. He is still observing his leave.”
