‘Tinubu Committed Perjury, He Didn’t Attend My School’ – Aribisala

"Gist"

Nigerian Pastor and international affairs expert, Femi Aribisala has revealed that the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) did not attend the secondary school he claims to have attended.

Aribisala noted that he was a student of Government College Ibadan between 1965 and 1968 which Tinubu claims to have also been a student of.

The Pastor stated that former Governor of Lagos state, Bola Tinubu committed perjury with claims of schools he allegedly said he attended because he was not in the school as a student at that time.

Taking to his Twitter page, Aribisala recalled how he formally wrote in 2014 that Tinubu’s affidavit that he attended Government College Ibadan (GCI) between 1965 and 1968 is false.

According to the Pastor, he attended GCI from 1962-1968 and Tinubu was not there. He added that Tinubu now allegedly telling the Independent National Electoral Commission that he did not go to primary or secondary school means he committed perjury.

Femi Aribisala’s tweet: “I wrote in 2014 that Tinubu’s affidavit that he attended Government College Ibadan (GCI) between 1965 and 1968 is false. I was in GCI from 1962-1968, and Tinubu was not there. Tinubu now tells INEC he did not go to primary or secondary school. This means he committed perjury.
