A UK-based Nigerian woman who went viral after she violently confronted her husband for bringing his biological daughter to their home and lied that the teenage girl was his niece.
A video emerged earlier showing the enraged woman confronting her husband with insults, slaps, blows and tearing his clothes.
The situation escalated to the point where security operatives intervened and evicted the man from their home.
However, in a surprising twist, the woman has now embraced the girl, named Chioma, as her own.
In a heartfelt video, she admitted that her reaction was driven by anger and clarified that it was never directed at the girl.
“It was out of anger, the anger was not targeted at her. I’m not ashamed to say I’m sorry. She’s my daughter and I love her so much,” she said emotionally.
Overcome with emotion as she spoke, Chioma gently comforted her with a warm embrace.
