An unspecified number of students and teachers of the College of Agriculture and Animal Health in Bukura, Zamfara State have been kidnapped by unknown gunmen
The incident was confirmed by the Deputy Registrar of the school, Aliyu Bakura in an interview with BBC Hausa.
He said that 15 students were kidnapped but eyewitnesses say that there were many more.
According to him, “Last Sunday night around 1:10 pm, they entered and opened fire and took away 15 students and a teacher and his wife and two children.
