Earlier today, Uromi women from Edo State trouped out in their numbers to block major roads of the city to protests the violence, killings, rape and kidnapping netted out on them daily.
Reactions:
Candela*@Omoluabi_Hotie·Most of these women are Farmers, their source of income is from farming. How can some fulani herdsmen just come from no where, take over there farmland, their source of income and then still be killing there family? The government should act fast before this goes out of hand.”
soboss@soboss15·The kidnappers in Uromi and the whole Esan road has become a dead trap. Sometimes I wonder if there is governances in Edo state. The primary and must important job of any government is to protect lives and properties. What is the Edo state polices doing ? Very shameful.”
Segun Adeoye@Seagad01·But they will still not stop eating cow meat notwithstanding the fact that it is hazardous to the health. Why noot let us unite to boycott their cow meat, let them eat it themselves, by so doing they will know how useless their cows have become.”
O.jkings@jkings_o “They don’t have any right in Edo state if they are killing our people, kidnapping and raping our women. That is not part of their rights, we can kill them too if we want but we want them to go now before we start passing our own judgments on them. I support Uromi women”
