A video has captured the moment Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodinma and his wife, Chioma, were celebrating his re-election.
The couple were seen in his living room with friends and associates drinking to his next 4 years in office.
On Sunday, after a fiercely contested November 11 governorship election, INEC declared the APC candidate winner.
Uzodinma main opponents have however, vowed to contest the result.
