The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has officially released the results for the 2025 Computer-based West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) for private candidates.
The announcement was made on Saturday through a post on their X handle, which stated, “The results of the Computer-based West African Senior School Certificate Examination for Private Candidates, 2025-First Series have been released.”

However, some students expressed frustration over being unable to access their results. One user on X, Ephrata, shared her experience, stating, “I checked my results, but it says my card has already been used by another candidate.
This is my first time using it, and I’m confused. I bought a scratch card, and the same issue occurred. Please, I need assistance to understand what went wrong and what steps to take next.”
