When properly done, squats can be a great workout to achieve bigger butts.

Many people do the squats wrongly and so, either achieve extremely slow, little or no results at all.

The workout helps develop overall strength and athleticism as it spreads out and firms the butts.

The waistline gets trimmer and firmer as you consciously engage in the it.

Nevertheless, you do not have to rely on squats as your only exercise because that would compromise the exercise sessions needed in other parts of the body.

Recommended routine:

It is recommended that you start with 30 squats, in the morning and 30 at night daily for one month.

By the second month, you then work up to add another 30 and gradually increase the number and frequency as time goes on.

If the rounds of 30 are too intense for you, consider 10 every 3 hours especially if you were stretchy corporate pants to the office.

Posture:
  1. Stand with your feet wide apart and flat on the ground
  2. Toes must be turned out
  3. Take an imaginary sitting position with butts pointing downwards and palms clasped together as if praying
  4. Stand straight up again and repeat the exercise to the recommended number of routines.
  5. Ensure you take deep breaths as you get up and down.

When done, take time to gently kick out the feet several times to ease cramps if any.
