The traditional ruler of Isiokpo in Ikwere land, King Blessing Wagor has announced during a procession to commence eight days of mourning for Access Holdings CEO, Helbert Wigwe that his kingdom would employ ancient traditions to uncover the circumstances of Wigwe’s demise.

Late Wigwe d!ed in a helicopter crash alongside his wife, son, and Abimbola Ogunbanjo, a former group Chairman of the Nigerian Exchange Group Plc in the USA.

Speaking in a report published by Punch, King Wagor highlighted the Isiokpo community’s commitment to investigating the tragedy.

The monarch stated that “if his death is natural, we will know; If it is from a human, we will know. This death is an example to all of us. You must make an impact in your community”.

King Wagor added that the Isiokpo community must go back to its traditional way and find out what really k!lled their illustrious son.

The King praised Wigwe’s impact on the community, noting his efforts in uplifting individuals from poverty and fulfilling promises. He described Wigwe as a special figure who championed Isiokpo’s development before his tragic death.
