A CCTV camera has captured a well-dressed man stealing 2 phones inside a shop in Ibadan, the Oyo State Capital.
The man came in looking responsible and pretending to buy some items. He distracted the sales girl who dashed off from her desk while he slid the phones in his pocket and hurried out of the scene.
