On Friday afternoon, a ministerial nominee, Maryam Shetty Shettima Ibrahim was shocked to learn on arrival at the National Assembly entrance that she had been from the list.

This comes two days after its submission to the Senate on Wednesday.

The PUNCH reported on Thursday how Nigerians on social media reacted to Shetty’s nomination.

While some praised the Kano State-born Shetty and Tinubu, some others blasted Tinubu for her nomination.
