Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, an Architect, is from a family of lawyers. He’s the son of Yoruba Lagos-born Barrister Olawale & Igbo-born Mrs Nkechi Rhodes-Vivour.
According to his profile on Wikipedia, he attended “Chrisland primary and secondary schools up to JSS3, and then proceeded to Paris to attend Ecol Artive Berlin, where he completed his secondary education. He has a bachelor degree in Architecture from University of Nottingham and a master degree in the same field from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He partook in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in 2008 after his first masters and completed it in 2009. He later attained a second master degree in Research and Public Policy; from the University of Lagos (UNILAG).“
Gbadebo’s father is a former judge of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Bode Rhodes-Vivour is his uncle, while late Judge Akinwunmi Rhodes-Vivour is his grandfather.
He is the great-grand son to Steven Bankole Rhodes; the second ever indigenous judge appointed in Nigeria.
The Labour Party governorship candidate, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour is an MIT graduate. Justike his father, he is married to an igbo woman, Dr Ifeyinwa Rhodes-Vivour (PhD.)
Ifeyinwa is the daughter of Lt. Col. Ifeanyi Aniebo from Umunze in Anambra State. Dr. Ify is an Oxford University graduate.
