Social media activist, Martins Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan has stated that he would throw his weight behind Seyi Tinubu if he decides to run for governorship in Lagos State.
While neither Seyi nor his father has spoken publicly about the governorship contest, several groups have endorsed Seyi for the office of governor.
VeryDarkMan said in a video he posted on Instagram on Friday that he would support Seyi to be governor of Lagos because it would signal a shift in Nigeria’s politics for young people to take over political offices.
The 39-year-old Seyi will be 42 in 2027 and could be the youngest governor in the history of Lagos.
