Her remarrying is being trailed with mixed reactions on whether it is too early or not for her to move on.

Her late husband, Alhaji Yusuf was killed on January 23, 2020, by unknown assailants who opened fire on his two-car convoy on the Abeokuta-Iseyin road in Oyo state.

An interesting twist to the story was that the deceased had earlier detected fraud being perpetuated in his Lagos office.

This subsequently, allegedly, led to the burning of some financial/book-keeping records.

addition to other possible motives, a plausible nexus was suspected between the fire incidence and the attack on the deceased.

Some of the late businessman’s staff and two of his police escorts were questioned by a team of crack detectives with a view to finding and apprehending the suspects who committed the heinous act.

It’s almost three years since his gruesome murder and the case remains unsolved till date.
