A huge explosion resulting in a massive Inferno has been reported at Apata Ibadan, Oyo state.
Reports say that the fire started from a spark noticed in wires in front of a petrol station but soon snowballed into an uncontrollable inferno.
It is said to still be ravaging with no sign of abating as at the time of filling this report.
More electricity poles are reported to have caught fire with no presence of firefighters in sight.
An eyewitness narrated that, the fire started as just a spark, and suddenly turned to a massive plume burning every shop in its way.
Another witness claimed that fire started when a petrol tanker spill petrol
The incident has also caused heavy vehicular gridlock as vehicles remained at a standstill even into feeder roads.
